Richard is the Head of Emerging Company Institutional Equities Sales and focuses exclusively on servicing Ord Minnett's institutional clients in the emerging company sector, including its trading and execution capabilities, company research and capital raising activities.
 
Richard has 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to heading BBY's Research Sales team, Richard held senior roles in Institutional Sales and Smallcap Analysis at Aegis Equities Research, BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch and Bell Potter. Richard has also worked at Ernst & Young in its Audit Department.

Tea has 8 years experience in the Australian market. Most of this experience comes from time spent as an Institutional buy-side dealer with IAG Asset Management and Perennial Value Management. During this time Tea gained significant in-depth knowledge of the Australian market, the investment styles of fund managers and liquidity and volatility characteristics of small to large cap listed Australian stocks.

Tea's Tertiary qualifications include a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
