Michael is actively involved in all transactions.  He has 16 years of Corporate Finance experience – on both the buy and sell side.  He has worked with AMP Capital Investors, 452 Capital, Westpac Corporate Banking, Ozemail and Turnbull & Partners.

As Head of AMP's Small Companies Fund, Michael developed deep relationships and unique insights into the expectations of Australian small company Fund Managers which greatly assists in developing and communicating the key investment themes in the aftermarket.

Since joining Ord Minnett in 2010, Michael has assisted in raising capital for companies such as Rex Minerals, Primary Healthcare and IMF.

Michael is a member of the Ord Minnett Management Committee.

Conrad has 10 years' financial markets experience in the UK and Australia.  Conrad has a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes in both Equity Capital Market and Merger and Acquisition transactions. Conrad's industry experience spans both the Natural Resources and Industrials sectors. Since joining Ord Minnett, Conrad has successfully raised capital for a wide range of companies including Rex Minerals, Cobar Consolidated Resources, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Beadell Resources. 

Rob has several years' advisory experience including audit, capital raisings and restructurings. His industry expertise includes IT services, pharmaceutical, mining services, funds management and media. Rob is also actively involved in arranging distribution of deals for JP Morgan via the Ord Minnett Private Client and Institutional trading networks.
