Junior Receptionist

  • Corporate Environment, City Location
  • 3 Days Per Week
  • 12 month contract

You will be working as part of our professional Reception team in one of Australia’s most respected financial brands.  This role has the potential for career development into desk assistant duties within the Dealing Room.

With flexibility and customer service as key attributes, you’ll fit well in this busy Corporate Reception area.  The role encompasses a broad variety of duties – each as important as the other.  You’ll be working with the team to take incoming calls from the Switchboard, book and set up meeting rooms, ensure the meeting rooms are clean and tidy, welcome and attend to our clients, and organise catering.

You will be required to work from 8.50am to 5.30pm, 3 days a week.

To excel in this role you will understand the importance of a Corporate Reception area and its impact on our clients and brand.  You will be well-groomed with immaculate presentation. Your flexibility and pro-active nature will allow you to excel in the role.  With previous switchboard experience preferred but not mandatory, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and computer literacy you’ll contribute to an accomplished team.
