Office Manager - Sydney

We have an opportunity for an experienced and hands on Office Manager who thrives in a varied environment and enjoys working within a team. This opportunity will see you work across multiple departments of the business, so strong communication skills, an upbeat and optimistic nature, and approachable front are paramount to the success of this role. Using your previous experience managing direct reports you will provide leadership and support to a team of two Facilities Assistants and to provide administrative support to Heads of Department, where required.  This role is busy and diverse, where no two days are the same, this role will be responsible for everything from setting up meeting rooms to overseeing travel for Senior Executives.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Management of facilities including air conditioning, lighting, inspections, seating plans and contact lists
  • Manage external vendor relationships 
  • Manage sustainability initiative and recycling projects
  • Management of travel policy and booking travel for management, as well as ad-hoc administration
  • Day to day management of two experienced Mailroom Assistants
  • Ad-hoc support across the business where necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Previous office management experience with a positive, can do attitude, where you lead by example  
  • A proven history of forging and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong MS Office and time management experience
