“One of the most important things in water polo is developing a plan, executing it and reviewing the plan. We continue this three-stage process a couple of times until we gain success.

“In sport, a lot like in business, our ability to adapt is absolutely crucial… if we don’t adapt, that will lead to poor performances and ultimately many losses.”
